Antique chairs and table set
These antique chairs were sitting on a porch – weathered, forgotten, and falling apart. We completely disassembled and sanded them to bare wood. Then we glued together the pieces with high-quality wood glue that resists moisture. After that it was time to paint. We used two coats of Ultra Cover gloss acrylic latex black and Beyond Paint All-in-One sage green paint to produce the results you see. Results that will stand the test of time.
The 35-inch diameter dropleaf table was rescued from the curb before it was hauled to the dump. In the shop, we inspected it and repaired damage to one of the legs. Then we thoroughly cleaned it, scuff sanded it, and painted it with Ultra Cover gloss acrylic latex black paint and Beyond Paint All-in-One sage green paint to perfectly match the antique chair set.
This dropleaf table and antique chair set is ideal for your foyer or as an accent piece in your living room.
The work on this set – from start to finish – was completed in our US veteran-owned and operated workshop in Sugarcreek Township, Ohio.
